The house is located in a nice neighborhood in the south west part of Boise off of 5 Mile and Amity area.

The house need a lof of exterior repair, and interior updating. We improved the exterior, and updated the interior. The primary changes outside of the updates was creating a large, spa-like master suite & new, larger, updated kitchen. We converted 2 bedrooms upstairs into a large master bedroom, with a walk-in closet and huge bathroom with a tile enclosed shower, soaker sub, and dual granite vanity sinks. This converted the house from a 4 bedroom 2 bath, into a 3 bedroom 3 bath. Prior there was no master bathroom. The remodel took a little over 2 months. We sold it in less than 1 month after we put it on the market. The house sold for $210,000.
